Sun Siyam Availability shows live room availability, promotions and fact sheets for the Sun Siyam resorts. It is used by travel agencies contracted to sell those resorts and by Sun Siyam's own sales and reservations teams.

Email [email protected] and we will reply within one business day. Write from the email address your account was issued to, and tell us your agency or department, the device you are using and what you were doing when the problem appeared.
For availability, rates or bookings, your usual Sun Siyam sales or reservations contact is faster than we are. Nothing shown in the app is a confirmed reservation.
Common questions
How do I get an account?
Accounts are issued by Sun Siyam Resorts. Travel agencies that hold a contract with Sun Siyam should ask their Sun Siyam sales or reservations contact to request one. Sun Siyam staff should ask their department head. There is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without an account.
I cannot sign in.
Check that you are using the work email the account was issued to. If the password is wrong, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. If your account is new, you will be asked to set a new password and to enrol multi-factor authentication before you can continue.
I have lost my authenticator, or my codes are rejected.
Use one of the recovery codes you were given when you enrolled. If you no longer have them, write to us from your work email and an administrator will reset your multi-factor authentication.
I have lost my phone.
Tell us immediately. Each installation is bound to your account and can be unbound remotely, which signs that phone out and clears its stored session.
The availability figures look wrong.
Figures come from the resorts’ property management system and refresh throughout the day. Pull down on the grid to refresh. If a figure still looks wrong, send us the resort, the date and the room category and we will check the synchronisation.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Write to [email protected] from your work email and ask for your account and device records to be deleted.
Getting the app
The app is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store, and for Android on Google Play. The portal itself runs in any modern browser at nexus.ssrsys.com.
