1. Authorised use

This app is provided for the business use of Sun Siyam Resorts Pvt Ltd staff and of the travel agencies and other partners it has authorised. Access is granted to you personally by Sun Siyam. Do not share your account, password or PIN with anyone, and do not let another person use the app under your account.

2. The information shown

Availability figures, allowances, notes, promotions and fact sheets are provided for reference. They reflect the last successful synchronisation with the property management system and may change at any time. Nothing shown in this app is a confirmation, reservation or guarantee of availability. Bookings must be made and confirmed through the normal reservation channels.

3. Confidentiality

Availability data, allowances and internal documents are confidential business information. Do not publish, forward or otherwise disclose them outside the people authorised to receive them.

4. Your device

Keep the phone this app is installed on under your control and protected by the phone's own screen lock. Set an app PIN, and a Face ID or fingerprint unlock where the phone supports it. Report a lost or stolen device immediately so that it can be unbound.

5. Monitoring

Sign-ins and administrative actions are logged for security purposes. The company may suspend or withdraw your access, unbind your device, or reset your PIN and biometric unlock at any time.

6. No warranty

The app and its data are provided as-is. The company is not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of information shown here, nor for interruptions in service or synchronisation.

7. Changes

These terms and the privacy statement may be updated. When they are, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you open the app.
